- Because you want to move forward, not backward
- Because it burns more calories than not working out

So, i really want to loose weight for my year 10 formal. That’s 8 months away. I need someone to help me stay motivated and give me excersise and food tips. I always end up binging or not working out hard enough. I hate myself. Someone help please?
