My name is Sofia, i'm 15 and this is my blog to motivate myself to be SKINNY! I do not support Pro-Ana, Pro-Mia or Thinspo, i want to create habits and healthy excersise routines that i can stick to and enjoy. This year will be different. I'm going to make a change and BE HAPPY with myself. That is my main goal to gain self confidence and be comfortable in my own body and not be afraid to look in the mirror. 17/01/12- Insanity day one.

So, i really want to loose weight for my year 10 formal. That’s 8 months away. I need someone to help me stay motivated and give me excersise and food tips. I always end up binging or not working out hard enough. I hate myself. Someone help please?
